The price £2,500 includes:

The Wedding Barn – A large Indoor dining, entertainment, seating, dining and performance space.

The Welcome Area - An indoor /outdoor space perfect for welcome drinks, live music or relaxing into the evening. Also can be used as a ceremony area in inclement weather.  

The Meadow - Can be used as a ceremony area or to set up additional structures or activities.  

The Barrrrr - Lechyd Da (cheers) our Licensed sheep themed real ale & cocktail bar. (Pre or Guest paid options available).


Plus planning sessions where we will talk date, budget, decor, food, entertainment, guest list & more, enabling you to turn up safe in the knowledge you will have Your day, Your way!

Bridal glamping suite for the wedding night. Choose your accommodation from one of our beautiful glamping suites.

Access to the venue spaces Friday - Sunday. (Also option to hire the glamping accommodation on the Friday night).

What are the payment plan options and cancellation policy?
A Deposit of £1500 is required to secure the venue. Full payment and final numbers are required 4 weeks before your big day. Please see terms & conditions for full details.

How many weddings does the venue hold each day?
Just yours, you have exclusive use of the venue on your wedding day.

What are the rules surrounding alcohol?
We have a Licence bar on site which we operate free for you on the day of your wedding, for additional bar service available on request. While our licence bar is in operation no other alcohol should be consumed on site. Please see t&c’s for full details.

What will the venue layout be depending on the final numbers of guests?

The beauty of our farm is it becomes yours for the weekend, all the spaces can be adapted for your needs with additional temporary structures such as tipis or marquees added if you need more space or just a different aesthetic.

Does the venue have a Catering service?
We are lucky to work alongside great caterers providing a wide range of tastes and flavours to suit your palette and your budget. If you had your own in mind let us know and we’ll work together to deliver your perfect feast.

Does the Venue have overnight accommodation?
Swallow barn has 4 beautiful glamping units which sleep up to 18 people, we can also arrange more units should you need them to sleep up to 50 people. We also have camping facilities and there are local B&Bs and Hotels. Guests can bring their own tents for a small nightly fee. The venue includes a Camp kitchen with fridge/gas stoves Pre order breakfast self catering packs or why not treat your guests to a post wedding brunch?

Are there any restrictions to the venue decoration, can you help us with this?
We will work with your to create the space you have dreamed about, you're only limited to your ideas and your budget. We specialise in sourcing or designing bespoke decor for events, share your vision and we can help with the rest.

Where can we have our Photographs Taken?
Our farm is filled with endless photo worthy locations from stunning landscape vistas to quirky vintage farm paraphernalia. What entertainment is available. Although the sheep in the field next door may me friendly we suggest you invite your favourite band or performers to entertain your guests. We will work with you to find the perfect spot for the show.

Can we provisionally Hold the date? If so for how long?
Until a deposit is taken we continue to advertise the date as available.

Have you considered the logistics? (Disabilities, special requirements, delivery space)
The beauty of having a wedding planner on site is we can be a point of contact for any suppliers your working with, helping them check logistics. If any of your guests have special mobility requirements please let us know.

What time does the wedding need to be finished by?
Are there any limitations on sound. Guests not staying in pre-booked accommodation are asked to leave the site by midnight to avoid traffic passing through the village late at night. We request that amplified music is turned off by 11:00pm.

We seat up to 140 in our Barn, but this can be increased on request.

We can accommodate up to 250 guests for an evening reception.

Choose one of the local historic castles to tie the knot. After which you and your ceremony party travel through beautiful countryside back to the venue on a vintage double decker bus.
